Domestic Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within one business day via our trusted courier partners. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Standard: Estimated 2–6 business days
Express: Estimated 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. From time to time, Maison Snail may offer complimentary shipping on select orders or during special releases.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Each Maison Snail piece is carefully prepared and shipped with intention and care.


International Shipping

We offer global shipping. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and local carrier networks.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be reimbursed by Maison Snail. 

For the most accurate delivery estimates, please refer to the courier’s tracking updates.


Presale Items

Select pieces may be offered for presale ahead of their official dispatch date. Presale allows you to reserve your item in advance and ensures priority access upon release.

Estimated dispatch dates are clearly noted on the product page prior to purchase.

Orders containing presale items will be dispatched once all items are available.


Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Maison Snail is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery and tracking updates are managed by the courier.

While we will always assist where possible Maison Snail is not responsible for delays that occur in transit or due to customs clearance. If tracking indicates your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it we recommend contacting the courier directly first and we can provide supporting information where available.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier Maison Snail will offer a replacement subject to stock availability or a refund. If tracking shows a parcel has been delivered but not received we are unable to offer a refund and recommend contacting the courier or local authorities if theft is suspected. Courier investigations may take several business days and we will assist with the investigation process where possible.

Returned Parcels
If your order is returned to us due to being unclaimed refusal to pay duties or taxes an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout or any reason within the customer’s control we can offer reshipment at the customer’s expense or a refund of the product value only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned parcels will be held for fourteen days after receipt and may be forfeited if no response is received within this timeframe.

Incorrect Address / Return to Sender
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address original shipping costs are non-refundable and reshipping fees will apply.

PO Boxes
We recommend using a physical address where possible as some couriers may be unable to deliver to PO Boxes depending on the destination.
